V5 5500 AGP/PCI PSU
PSU designed for V5 5500 cards, it takes standard 12V PCIe power input and provides 5V and 12V.
The 5V rail can provide up to 15A, which is way more than a V5 will ever draw from that rail. Feel free to use a smaller and cheaper inductor if you make one. Some alternatives are provided in the design files.
